Program Overview

Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) allows BCA and B.Sc students to build a career at Wipro while pursuing an M.Tech degree from a top educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Educational Requirements:

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation: Minimum of 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university guidelines)
• Eligible Years of Passing: 2023, 2024

Eligible Degrees

• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in:
• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Mathematics
• Statistics
• Electronics
• Physics

Additional Criteria

• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th and 12th standards only.
• One backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment, but must be cleared by the 6th semester.
• Core Mathematics must have been studied during graduation (Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics are not accepted).
• Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and the start of graduation.
• No gaps allowed during graduation; it must be completed within 3 years.
• Candidates must be Indian citizens or hold a PIO/OCI card (Bhutanese and Nepalese nationals need to submit a citizenship certificate).
• A 3-month cooling-off period is required before participating in the test process.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.

Selection Process

Round 1 - Online Assessment:

• Duration: 80 minutes
• Sections:
• Verbal: 20 minutes, 20 questions
• Analytical: 20 minutes, 20 questions
• Quantitative: 20 minutes, 20 questions
• Written Communication Test: 20 minutes

Round 2 - Business Discussion

Round 3 - HR Discussion

Service Agreement

Duration: 60 months. If the candidate leaves the organization within this period, they must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.

Terms and Conditions

• Wipro reserves the right to determine candidate participation in the WILP recruitment process.
• After clearing the online assessment, candidates will go through a business discussion round, followed by an HR discussion. Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) and, after pre-skilling training, a final offer letter.
• Wipro reserves the right to revoke an offer if the candidate fails to meet employment prerequisites or is found involved in illegal activities, such as impersonation or fraud.
• Candidates will be informed of recruitment results via email or other provided communication methods.
• If a candidate is found using unfair means at any stage, Wipro reserves the right to withdraw the offer and take legal action.
