Role Description

• Perform assembly of components following detailed assembly drawings and supplementary specifications.
• Report any encountered technical issues to the supervisor or line leader promptly.
• Ensure the assembly is conducted accurately, with all parts fitting as intended without omissions.
• Uphold a tidy, orderly, and efficient workspace by adhering to 6S principles.
• Comply with stringent safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all employees.
• Embrace a meticulous approach to work, aiming for "first-time right" assembly precision.
• Daily completion of the Production Part Approval (PPA) sheet to monitor production 
• quality and progress.
• Identify and document any production inefficiencies or waste on a weekly basis to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Adaptability to work on different assembly lines as determined by operational and sales planning.
• Openness to travel and work across various Lucy Electric sites and customer locations, maintaining strict adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Construct the final product accurately based on the provided instructions and customer specifications.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) effectively to mitigate any potential hazards.
• Manage and reconcile materials on the shop floor, ensuring consumption aligns with the Bill of Material.
