Job Overview

• Technical Support Engineers at Zoho will interact with prospects, customers, and partners through various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat-based support. Their responsibilities include understanding prospect requirements, diagnosing and resolving application issues reported by customers, providing timely solutions and guidance on Zoho’s products, conducting product demos and training sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate records using Zoho’s CRM platform, and continuously updating knowledge of Zoho’s products and industry trends.
