Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance and uphold our automation testing frameworks.
2. Analyze, gather, and present test execution quality metrics.
3. Work closely with development teams to craft and automate test strategies for new feature integrations.
4. Design, execute, and automate detailed test plans.
5. Offer troubleshooting support for application and environment issues within the engineering departments.

Qualifications

1. A candidate with a passion for software quality and an eagerness to develop their skills in technologies related to ServiceNow.
2. Experience in utilizing various automated testing frameworks, such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, and TestNG.
3. A solid understanding of Agile development principles.
4. Knowledge of diverse testing methodologies (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automation) and the ability to apply them effectively, including issue management.
5. Proficiency with essential development tools (IDEs, debuggers, build tools, version control) and familiarity with ServiceNow platforms, profiling tools, and Unix-based administrative tools.
