Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical assistance to Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers through phone and web channels.
• Manage support cases daily, including those from other regions.
• Promptly address customer-reported issues within service level agreements (SLAs) for response times.
• Handle escalations from customers and internal staff, ensuring timely resolution and expectation management.
• Identify situations necessitating professional services beyond technical support scope.
• Adhere to established support processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Aid clients in optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform usage by offering guidance on workflows, identifying automation opportunities, suggesting proactive monitoring strategies, and integration options.
• Be available for on-call support outside normal business hours, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills

• 2023 Engineering graduate, indicating recent completion of an engineering degree program.
• Up to 12 months of previous work experience is acceptable, suitable for recent graduates.
• Desireable experience with Salesforce CRM, Force.com, Marketing Cloud, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in internet development technologies such as HTML, XML, API, and SQL.
• Knowledge of database and relational data structures, indicating understanding of database concepts and design.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-tenant production environments preferred.
• Desirable experience with API programming or software development.
• Familiarity with the software design lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating dependability, motivation, and self-starting qualities.
• Bonus if experienced with scripting languages and/or APIs; possession of a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is beneficial but not required.
