Role Description and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software for various applications, including databases and networks.
• Provide customer support through knowledge sharing on best practices and troubleshooting for new product features.
• Engage in both product development and customer support initiatives.
• Deliver complex software solutions with minimal supervision, collaborating effectively with the team and stakeholders.
• Adopt and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps methodologies, enhancing automation and deployment processes.
• Utilize scripting and configuration languages such as Bash, Python, for automation purposes.
• Candidates with experience in test-driven development and familiarity with tools like Jenkins will have an advantage.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and debug software following design specifications within the current architecture.
• Suggest improvements to the architecture based on developmental insights.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with team members across functions to guarantee project success.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.
