Job Description:

Title: Application Developer

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech /MCA or Related fields

Location: Bangalore South, Karnataka, India

Sector: Technology

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Compensation: ₹3,50,000 annually

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Note on Remote Work: Not available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers on application design and development according to project requirements.
• Demonstrate a strong capacity for self-directed learning and a continuous interest in technological advancements.
• Ensure accountability for assigned deliverables, guaranteeing timely completion and upholding high-quality standards.
• Proactively communicate progress and project statuses to team leads or mentors with precision and transparency.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
• Preferred Fields: Computer Science (CS), Information Science (IS), Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication (EC), Electrical and Electronics (EI/EEE).
• Additional Consideration: Applicants from other academic backgrounds may apply if they have a strong skill set in HTML, CSS, Java, PHP, MySQL.

Eligibility Requirements

• A minimum average of 60% in 10th/SSLC, 12th/PUC, Diploma, or Degree examinations.
• Past academic backlogs are permissible, provided there are no pending backlogs at the time of application.

• Upon completion of probation, eligibility for medical insurance coverage up to ₹3 lakh for the employee and their immediate family.

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS for frontend development; Java and PHP for backend development. Knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular would be advantageous.
• Database Management: Understanding of database technologies, especially MySQL. Familiarity with SQL queries, database design, and normalization.
