Job Responsibilities

• Develop well-structured, testable, and efficient code following industry-standard software development practices.
• Design website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS methodologies.
• Integrate data seamlessly from various back-end services and databases.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements, aligning them with technical needs. Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation to facilitate understanding and future modifications.
• Take ownership of maintaining, expanding, and scaling our website to accommodate growth and evolving requirements. Remain abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing them effectively into our operations and activities.
• Collaborate closely with web designers to ensure alignment with the intended visual design aesthetic.

Job Skills

• Demonstrated experience in web programming, showcasing proficiency and competence.
• Exceptional programming skills with a deep understanding of modern HTML/CSS standards.
• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails. Solid comprehension of web application functionality, including security measures, session management, and best development practices.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development principles.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools, enabling effective troubleshooting and optimization.
• Basic understanding of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process to enhance website visibility.
• Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks within specified timelines and budgets, while demonstrating business acumen.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting rapid learning capabilities and mastering diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
