Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the tech lead and Product Owner to review, estimate, and prioritize user requirements.
• Write efficient, robust, and scalable code.
• Design and implement Java applications interfacing with backend servers and APIs.
• Demonstrate motivation and passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
• Work in an agile environment, focusing on delivering essential features.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debug team members’ code.
• Schedule product releases and ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure high-performance applications.
• Actively participate in discussions to improve software quality.
• Mentor and lead other developers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/B Tech/MCA preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and collections.
• Hands-on experience with Spring framework and Hibernate.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and Rest API development preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, focusing on database architecture and SQL.
• Utilize UNIX/Linux environments for development and deployment.
• Adhere to software development best practices.
• Collaborate effectively in Agile development teams.
