Role Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand software development or maintenance requirements and specifications.
• Establish and configure an automation testing environment within Azure, including all necessary infrastructures like virtual machines and containers.
• Carry out unit testing and regression testing to ensure the integrity of the code and that modifications do not introduce new issues.
• Develop detailed testing strategies, incorporating user scenarios, test cases, and checklists for a thorough assessment of the software.
• Validate that the software fulfills all specified requirements, manage the bug documentation process, and track defects.
• Work closely with team members across different functions to ensure the success and quality of the project.
• Maintain detailed records of testing procedures to ensure they are repeatable and comply with standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for creative and critical thinking.
• Experience with CAD design software, particularly MicroStation, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in automation testing, including the ability to design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, and C++, will be considered an asset.
• A solid grasp of automated testing methods and technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English and the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Independent, driven, capable of juggling multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
• Skilled in analyzing data, formulating recommendations, and presenting proposed solutions effectively.
