Role and Responsibilities for UX/UI Developer

• The selected UX/UI Developer will:
• Design intuitive and visually appealing application features in line with strategic product goals.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with product managers and engineering teams to convert requirements into compelling design propositions.
• Employ user research methodologies to guide design choices, ensuring alignment with user preferences and needs.
• Produce wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively convey design ideas.
• Implement design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure application consistency and coherence.
• Navigate technical and business considerations to make informed design choices.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio highlighting related projects.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) for efficient prototyping.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Robust visual design capabilities with insights into user-system interactions.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Knowledge of UX design principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• Experience with AI and report clustering interfaces is advantageous.
