Role Responsibilities

• Develop and refine code for new functionalities or improvements in software applications or systems.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of the codebase to maintain functionality, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Work in collaboration with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and priorities.
• Engage in the design and implementation of software functionalities following the specifications from the product teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Open to individuals new to the field or with moderate experience (up to 3 years), especially suitable for recent graduates or early career professionals.
• Strong command over C++ programming, a key requirement for roles focusing on engineering software development.
• A good grasp of object-oriented design principles to create scalable and efficient software architectures.
• Adaptability and strong teamwork capabilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration and documentation purposes.

Desired Expertise

• Skilled in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python, useful for task automation, UI development, or software integration.
• Knowledgeable in advanced simulation and optimization techniques, such as topology optimization for product design improvements.
• A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, essential for tackling large datasets, complex computations, or optimization challenges in engineering simulations.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), and Computer-Aided Design (CAD), crucial for engineering software development.
• Background in computer graphics, advantageous for developing visualization tools or interfaces for engineering simulations.
