Key Responsibilities

  • Provide installation and configuration support for Teamcenter to customers in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Set up out-of-the-box (OOTB) Teamcenter environments on cloud platforms to replicate customer issues and assist in their resolution.
  • Reproduce customer issues and prepare detailed documentation for further investigation and resolution by Product Development.
  • Be available to work on weekends to support premium customers.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members to aid in their development in Teamcenter support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and handle escalations effectively.
  • Utilize basic root cause analysis techniques to identify problems, generate solutions, and select appropriate alternatives.
  • Document frequently asked questions (FAQs) and create knowledge base content for users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience with Teamcenter implementation or supporting large Teamcenter customers.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, indicating proficiency in system administration tasks related to Teamcenter deployment and operation.
  • Familiarity with networking, database, and security concepts essential for smooth operation and security of Teamcenter installations.
  • Proven knowledge of industry-standard methodologies regarding PLM (product lifecycle management).
  • Superb communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
