Responsibilities

• Track and report quality performance metrics for the Operations department, including accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives such as Quality Walks and Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Collaborate with the quality team to ensure alignment on first-time right and cycle time reporting.
• Effectively communicate and escalate quality issues to relevant senior stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance to the Business-As-Usual (BAU) team on complex quality and coding standards queries.
• Foster strong relationships with Enablement and Operations leaders to uphold quality and delivery standards.

• Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Approach problem-solving analytically, breaking down issues into manageable components.
• Lead by example and actively participate in team and client meetings.
