Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy SaaS solutions for clients.
• Act as a liaison between business requirements and technological solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and the Apptio Field Delivery team.
• Provide ongoing support for clients utilizing the Apptio SaaS solution.
• Manage client operations including data handling and validation.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate internally to meet client needs effectively.

Required Technical and Professional Skills

• Proficiency in supporting and maintaining the Apptio SaaS solution.
• Competence in managing client operations and data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of relational database concepts and basic programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and IT infrastructure domains.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Basic programming skills (Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to work with large datasets and complex spreadsheets.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
