Key Responsibilities

• Adapt to the dynamic Agile development environment, delivering high-quality software within tight deadlines.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and efficient software solutions to meet end-user needs.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and implement solutions effectively.
• Address quality, performance, and architectural concerns during the development process.
• Document technical issues and share knowledge for continuous improvement.
• Assist in production support activities to ensure the stability and availability of software applications.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E) in Computer Science or related engineering streams, or Master’s degree (M.S.) in Computer Science.
• 0-2 years of experience in Java software development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented development principles and proficiency in Java programming.
• Knowledge of concurrent programming challenges and multithreading.
• Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and front-end technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and source control management software like Git and TFS.
• Proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and domains as required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
