Key Responsibilities:

• - Adapt to the fast-paced nature of Agile development, delivering high-quality software within tight deadlines.
• - Translate business requirements into intuitive and efficient software solutions.
• - Take ownership of assigned tasks throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely completion.
• - Collaborate with team members to participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solutions.
• - Identify and address quality, performance, and architectural concerns.
• - Document technical issues and resolutions, sharing them for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• - Assist in production support activities, troubleshooting and ensuring application stability.

Qualifications/Skills:

• - Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E) in Computer Science or related engineering streams, or Master’s degree (M.S.) in Computer Science.
• - 0-2 years of software development experience with Java.
• - Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented development principles.
• - Familiarity with concurrent programming challenges and multithreading.
• - Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and front-end technologies.
• - Experience with RESTful APIs and source control management software.
• - High energy, proactive, and approachable personality with problem-solving abilities.
