Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to technical, functional, and process aspects.
• Actively participate in building solutions based on identified requirements.
• Contribute to the design process of applications, considering functionality and technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed technical specifications based on project requirements.
• Perform development tasks and conduct unit testing to verify the accuracy of the code.
• Create relevant test data and develop comprehensive test scripts.
• Collaborate with teams involved in infrastructure setup and configuration.
• Maintain consistency and compliance with organizational standards.

General Expectations:

• Candidates will be registered as apprentices through a tripartite agreement involving the professional, organization, and a government agency.
• Selected candidates will undergo a 1-year probation period from the joining date.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
• Ability to plan and navigate one’s career path.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, interacting with professionals at all levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and proactively raise concerns or questions when necessary.
• Regular interaction with stakeholders through various means (face-to-face, video conferences, teleconferences, emails) to understand global client processes and business problems.
• Propose practical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement them.
• Possess knowledge of methodologies and understanding of process improvement initiatives.
• Interact with Deloitte’s global clients’ functional subject matter specialists.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
• Demonstrate a quality-focused approach and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications Required:

• Year of graduation should be 2024
• Aggregate 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above
• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.): Computer Science, Allied Computer Science branches, Information Technology, All Circuit branches
• Master of Technology/Engineering (M.Tech/M.E.)/ 5 years integrated course: Computer Science, Allied Computer Science branches, Information Technology
• Master of Computer Application (MCA)
