Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop, implement, and enhance the Quality Management System.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel and Power BI to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Assist in audits to ensure compliance with standards and effectiveness in meeting objectives.
• Maintain and distribute Business/Performance/KPI dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in evaluating critical early measures related to hardware, software, or Cloud quality.
• Identify and address inefficiencies in current processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Propose and validate alternative solutions for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Aid in identifying and prioritizing Risks and Opportunities within QMS processes and tools.
• Support administrative tasks during meetings, including preparing presentations and documenting discussions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (preferably Excel, Power BI).
• Familiarity with networking, WiFi, and cloud technologies.
• Programming skills for automation and data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with effective data presentation capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics (graduated in 2023 or 2024).
