 Trainee Engineer – Unified Communication Operations:

• Support Avaya CM, Session Manager, Media Gateways, Session Boarder Controllers
• Knowledge of Voice protocols like SIP and VOIP
• Perform operational support for IT Infrastructure technology including network, security, messaging, storage, voice, etc.
• Analyze and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.
• Complete project tasks to ensure timely, within-budget, and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
• Assure compliance with required standards, procedures, guidelines, and processes.

Trainee Engineer – Mobile Device Management Analyst

• Assist in installing and maintaining IT systems.
• Handle hardware and software-related issues.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor networks.
• Support routine backups and updates.
• Address user inquiries and provide technical support.
• Document IT processes and configurations.
• Provide L1/L2 support for technical issues with mobility infrastructure.

Trainee Engineer – Network Operations

• Basic knowledge of Routing and switching concepts.
• Familiarity with Proxies.
• Understanding of IP SEC, SSL VPN, URL filtering.
• Maintain and update Firewall rules.
• Familiarity with IOS layers (Network and security devices).
• Concepts of LAN, WAN, MAN.
• Understanding of IPV4 and IPV6.
• Knowledge of routing protocols like RIP, Static, and Dynamic Routing protocols.
• Develop or update online processes and Technical Documentation when necessary.
• Perform day-to-day operational tasks including proactive maintenance, monitoring performance, incident change, problem management, and security across the network infrastructure.
• Understanding of Splunk and Syslog.
• On-call support activities and ability to independently contribute during shifts.
