Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support AV technology in meeting rooms.
• Govern AV equipment, including troubleshooting.
• Operate audio recording equipment and repair electronic devices.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and team members.
• Set up video and audio equipment for live events.
• Provide IT support and handle service requests.
• Utilize ServiceNow ITSM system for managing requests.
• Collaborate with local and global CIS operations teams.
• Assist with client hardware lifecycle replacement.
• Perform daily administration tasks for IT infrastructure.
• Develop documentation for system support.
• Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT.
• Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Problem-solving skills for Windows and Linux.
• Proficiency in VMware and networking.
• Exposure to MS Skype/Teams voice solution is advantageous.
• Adaptability to a collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and technology updates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in globally dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools, particularly ServiceNow.
• ITIL certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
