Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within an agile squad to create and enhance processes related to Know Your Customer (KYC).
• Work closely with Ops engineers, Business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers within your agile squad.
• Take ownership of end-to-end software and feature delivery for stable and fit-for-purpose Pega systems.
• Contribute to Continuous Delivery initiatives for enhancing software delivery processes.
• Actively promote and contribute to the automation of various processes, including deployment, testing, and system health checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to solve complex problems and challenges.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Pega development and KYC processes.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Refine user stories and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Analyze requirements, provide feedback, modifications, or enhancements as needed.
• Participate in the design of solutions based on analyzed requirements.
• Implement high-quality applications, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
• Create or modify unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented functionalities.
• Proactively monitor application quality and address any issues promptly.
• Participate in the peer review process, providing constructive feedback and reviewing code for quality assurance.
• Address and fix incidents or problems promptly, contributing to overall application stability and reliability.
