Key Responsibilities                                         

• Actively participate in meetings and discussions to address issues related to assembly sequence, fixtures, and product design.
• Review the scope of modifications required by examining Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• Utilize CAD software to make necessary adjustments to mechanical engineering drawings and specifications.
• Develop and implement efficient methods and operation sequences for manufacturing sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Regularly assess and update manufacturing processes to enhance both efficiency and quality.
• Employ simulation software to conduct virtual builds and simulate assembly sequences.
• Contribute innovative solutions actively in idea generation forums.
• Stay informed and continuously educate oneself on Lam products, their specifications, and the associated manufacturing processes.

Minimum qualifications                                           

• For Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering, a B.E. or B. Tech degree is required with a minimum aggregate of 65%.
• Applicants must be graduating in 2024 without any backlogs.

Preferred Skills                                                         

•  Gain hands-on project experience in prototyping and assembly.
• Demonstrate proficiency in advanced manufacturing methods, including Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, Water jet machining, and Ceramic manufacturing.
•  Showcase skills in 3D Modeling and Assembly using any CAD package.
• Highlight experience with simulation tools such as Ansys, Nastran, Creo Simulate, etc.
