Key Responsibilities                                                     

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the FICO platform.
• Implement product changes in adherence to the SDLC process.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including managers, clients, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in review sessions to maintain ongoing quality.
• Investigate and resolve reported software defects, collaborating with the quality assurance team.
• Actively work on resolving reported defects, collaborating with the QA team for integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.
• Document the design, implementation, and any other relevant aspects of the software solutions.
• Work closely with product management to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with product management to convert business requirements into data and logic requirements.

Skills Requirements                                      

• Hold a degree in computer science or a relevant field, or possess equivalent experience.
• Showcase strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills, addressing technical challenges effectively.
• Communicate effectively, collaborating well with diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Have knowledge in Data Structures and Data modeling.
• Understand BPMN and workflows.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools.
• Proficient in working within a Hybrid Agile methodology.
• Preferably have exposure to Decision Management Notation and Rules authoring.
