Key Responsibilities

Web Management:

• Regularly update and create content for topic, article, and solution pages utilizing AEM components.
• Customize web pages effectively through HTML functionality, ensuring proper maintenance and governance of HTML fragments.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings.
• Analyze website statistics, presenting the data in an understandable format for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Marketing Automation:

• Support business initiatives by implementing events and campaigns.
• Manage databases and administer CRM/Marketing Automation platforms efficiently.
• Create visually appealing and impactful email templates for direct marketing.
• Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.
• Develop and execute campaign flows, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and contribute to organic growth of the email list.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degreeRelevant 

• Advanced knowledge in HTML, Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop is a must
• Technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems
• Working experience of CRM platforms like (Salesforce, MS-Dynamics);
• Exposure to any email marketing tools/platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.)
• work experience in a sourcing role preferably with indirect services experience
• Business knowledge and day to day understanding Sourcing and Procurement activities
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong analytics skills 

Preferred Qualification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to work with stakeholders in a virtual setup;
• Able to multitask without forgoing attention to detail.
