Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing tickets and service interruptions.
• Triaging issues and escalating them to relevant teams for resolution.
• Ensuring comprehensive ticket information is available for analysis.
• Utilizing existing knowledge base and documentation for quick resolutions.
• Managing ticket queues, assigning tickets, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Cultivating strong relationships through effective communication on progress.
• Updating checklists for quality assurance and progress tracking.
• Working in shifts on a rotational basis.
• Monitoring and reporting SLA achievement through KPI tracking.
• Ensuring clear communication and documentation as a point of contact.
• Validating, verifying, and correcting system artifacts.
• Performing basic software system operations, including configuration and backups.
• Handling fallouts from various applications and processing payments.
• Conducting health checks, system monitoring, and generating regular reports.

Qualifications/Required Skills

• Graduates/Postgraduates in any discipline are eligible.
• Minimum academic requirement: 60%, with no backlogs or academic breaks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving.
• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
• Understanding of Production Support/Application Support is preferred.
